Okay, so let me just take a quick lil’ moment here to talk about this absolute QUEEN and this totally fire-y session!
With Emily, we designed a concept that started with a very 1950s “getting ready” look. Hair still in curlers, but still looking fly as hell. Once we took her hair down, we added a vintage 60s/70s coat (hieeee, Rich Auntie vibes!), then stripped that away for some shag rugs and satin gloves.
Once we finished with the more vibrant vintage look, we went for a more natural, steamy, Amazonian aesthetic. With a green wall, lots of plants, and various placement and uses of lighting, we created 2 completely different concepts in the same studio. We then (because why not) strapped on some giant wings and grabbed some VS Angel moments too!
When it comes to Boudoir, I’m gonna be honest. I don’t want to shoot the same session 300 times. I don’t want to pose you the same 5 ways as everyone else. I don’t want your experience to be cookie-cutter.
What I want to give YOU, is a concept you get excited about! Whether it’s a mix of angel-devil-in-the-amazon like Emily’s session, a clean and simple Calvin Klein moment, a full-on retro 60’s vibe, or a dark and steamy look…I want to shoot your session like you’re in your own magazine editorial! And if your honey gets to benefit from those moments, cool! But babe, THIS IS ABOUT YOU. NO SIGNIFICANT OTHER REQUIRED.
Now, color may not be your thing. Maybe you’re looking for more modern minimalist, or maybe you love the look of a specific hotel! Whatever you’re feeling called to, I want to speak with you and get some ideas flowing!! You may never do this again, so why limit yourself to the standard stuff you see everyday?
